Welcome to Dare to Dream Psychology Ltd.
At Dare to Dream Psychology, we’re dedicated to empowering children, young people, educators, and families to thrive. Founded on the belief in the transformative power of psychology, our work spans individual, group, and system levels to unlock potential, build resilience, and foster emotional well-being.
We understand that "it takes a village to raise a child," and our mission is to be a vital part of that village—creating meaningful change in education and beyond. Together, let’s dare to dream of brighter futures!
Message from our Founder
Hello, I’m Dr. Lydia Phillip, the founder of Dare to Dream Psychology. With over 12 years of experience, my journey began in the classroom and evolved into a passion for psychology’s power to create meaningful change—not just in education, but in all areas of life.
Dare to Dream Psychology was born out of my belief in the potential of every child and young person. By addressing unique needs, I strive to empower individuals, families, and communities to achieve brighter futures.
Our Services
-
Individual Support
We provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each child or young person. Our individual services include:
Comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and areas for growth.
One-on-one interventions to build resilience, foster emotional well-being, and enhance learning potential.
Supervision for educators and professionals, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to support those in their care effectively.
Our approach is designed to empower children and young people to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, while equipping professionals with the skills to make a lasting impact.
-
Group Support
Our group services bring children, young people, or educators together to learn, grow, and connect through shared experiences. We design and deliver group interventions that focus on:
Building social skills and emotional regulation.
Providing peer support to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
We also offer training and workshops for educators, families, and carers, helping them deepen their understanding and develop practical strategies to support the young people in their care. These group sessions create a safe space for meaningful connection and development.
-
Systemic Support
At a broader level, Dare to Dream Psychology partners with schools, organisations, and communities to drive systemic change. We work collaboratively to:
Create environments that promote psychological well-being and inclusive learning.
Provide consultation, training, and strategic guidance for institutions.
Support the implementation of practices that empower all children and young people to succeed.
Our goal is to strengthen the entire ecosystem surrounding children and young people, ensuring every individual has the opportunity to realise their potential.
